Our leadership team at Calvary Chapel Lemon Grove is devoted to shepherding this church with humility, authenticity, and biblical conviction. Composed of pastors, ministry leaders, and dedicated staff, each member brings unique gifts and a heart for serving God and people. Together, they foster a culture of worship, teaching, discipleship, and community — inviting everyone to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ.
Pastor Sean leads the church with a verse-by-verse teaching style, encouraging believers to apply Scripture to their everyday lives. He has a shepherd’s heart, passionately guiding the congregation toward a strong foundation in God’s Word.
Jeff’s hobby (for lack of a better description) has been music his whole life. He was saved in December 1988, and he realized right away that the music in his life was a direct gift from God, and he promised to never forget that, and to use it for His glory.
From that moment on, God has opened doors for Jeff to be involved with Worship Ministries, Military Ministries, and other outreaches and events throughout various East County churches.
In late 2018, Jeff was a guest Worship Leader for Calvary Chapel Lemon Grove, where God impressed his heart with the desire to be there full time. He became the official Worship Leader at the beginning of 2019, where their Lord has allowed him to continue growing and serving ever since.
